Absolutely phenomenal experience! Dentist of Vail is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I woke up with severe pain and swelling in my gum and face, and they were able to get me in immediately. From the moment I walked in, the front office team was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Lard, along with Asia and Jackie, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had a treatment plan ready on the spot. I left not only feeling relief, but with complete confidence in their care. A special shoutout to Dr. Lard for his incredible patience and compassion—I’m extremely afraid of needles, but he made sure I was completely comfortable before doing anything.
